Friday May 8 the City of KCMO will officially open the riverfront bike/pedestrian bridge and the East 31st Street traffic calming/streetscape projects.
Grand Boulevard Bike/Pedestrian Bridge to the Riverfront
The long awaited car-free connection from River Market to Berkley Riverfront and the KC Current stadium is finally completed!

East 31st Street traffic calming and streetscape improvements
The previous quick-build project has been upgraded to permanent infrastructure with widened sidewalks, raised crosswalks, improved Gillham cycletrack intersection, and new landscaping in Union Hill and Longfellow neighborhoods.
