BikeWalkKC Participates in Prospect Avenue Pedestrian, Transit, and Bicycle Safety Assessment
Prospect Avenue has been identified as a “Corridor of Concern” for pedestrian injuries and fatalities. On Friday, March 27th BikeWalkKC will join local, state, and federal partners in a safety assessment of the corridor.
Mayor James Joins National Challenge for Safer People, Safer Streets
US Transportation Secretary Anthony Foxx challenges mayors to improve safety walking and biking. KCMO Mayor Sly James takes on the challenge, and BikeWalkKC invites other KC area mayors to join him.
