Overland Park Bike Plan going to City Plan Commission February 9th

Overland Park’s new bike master plan is almost finished! The City Plan Commission will consider it on Monday February 9th. This citizens commission oversees planning and zoning, and is an important step towards final approval by the City Council in March.

If the plan gets approved, we will quickly see 30 miles of new bike lanes and sharrows in 2015. Altogether, more than 200 miles are planned over the next decade.
