Join us at Arrowhead Stadium - Gate #3 for our annual bike ride. We will be led by Angela Habeebulah and Estelle Brooks for a wonderful and exhilarating adventure on the Rock Island Trail. Don't have a bike? BikeWalkKC will bring bicycles for anyone that registers and signs up for one. Black Women Get Fit is a unique health & wellness event created for Black women by Black women. Join us for fun, fellowship and good health!
