Foutch Brothers LLC completed the renovation of the historic Switzer High School complex into 114 market rate housing units. Located in the Westside neighborhood of Kansas City, the site is ideal for walking and biking. As a part of the developer’s parking plan, BikeWalkKC assisted with navigating the City’s bike parking ordinance and provided technical guidance on the design and location of racks to provide tenants with exceptional bike parking. Fifty-five hoop racks were strategically located in order to maximize use and keep bikes safely secured.
