Learn how to fit your helmet, how to check your ride for safety, rules of the road, and how to avoid road hazards. We will have a safety skills course set up for you to practice your skills! If you do not know how to ride and want to learn, we will teach you!
Helmets are required to participate. Bring your own bike and helmet, or borrow a bike and helmet! BikeWalkKC will have limited quantities of loaner bikes and helmets.
