The City of Kansas City and the Mid America Regional Council
invite you to a community meeting to learn about and provide feedback on conceptual designs for the Truman Road Complete Street Plan.

About the Plan:
The Truman Road Complete Streets Plan area includes Truman Road between Charlotte Street in Downtown Kansas City and Van Brunt Boulevard.
Purpose:
The purpose of the planning process is to ensure Truman Road is a safe, accessible, comfortable and welcoming complete street corridor that serves as all modes of transportation and serves as a catalyst for economic and community development.
Goals:
• Improve safety for all road users
• Make walking, bicycling and transit
preferred modes of travel
• Support economic development
• Support community development
• Ensure Truman Road is a complete street with connectivity to surrounding neighborhoods and other key destinations
