Transportation Leadership Workshop **

This is a good opportunity to build individual and organization capacity to use transportation as a strategy to improve local neighborhoods’ health, safety, economy, and quality of life.

KC is one of two cities (with Seattle) hosting an upcoming workshop to help community members become more engaged in planning and public policy. There is an especially important emphasis on inviting individuals and communities who are not traditionally included or involved in transportation policy or transportation planning. This event is organized by the US Department of Transportation.
