A Mothers Against Drunk Driving event

Challenge yourself by riding and fundraising to end impaired driving in the Heartland Region! This virtual ride runs May 1-31, 2024.

  • Register for $45 and set up your mileage goal.
  • Invite your fellow cyclists, friends, and family to help you raise funds to end impaired driving.
  • Throughout the month of May, log your miles and track your progress. Win different prizes depending on the stage you complete!

Start your Tour De Heart by symbolically riding your first 39 miles in recognition of the person that is killed by an impaired driver every 39 minutes. By completing these "39 MADD Miles", you'll receive a "39 MADD Miles" badge on your Bike Like MADD event shirt (included with registration)! For each additional level you complete you'll receive the corresponding level's badge added to your shirt. All shirts are mailed directly to you after the completion of the event!

This fundraising event calls for attention to the dangers of impaired driving and awareness to vulnerable roadway users, like cyclists, who make up an alarming number of the victims that Mothers Against Drunk Driving serves and advocates for.
