Rock Island Trail – Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the Ted and Pat Jones Bridge

Everyone is welcome at this special event in Pleasant Hill, MO celebrating the completion of the Ted and Pat Jones Bridge. This event will take place at the Cass County Fairgrounds in Pleasant Hill, MO.
What can you expect at this celebration:
- Multiple State Speakers (State Senator/State Representative/Missouri State Parks Director)
- Bring your bike or ride the tram across the new bridge with your civic leaders, philanthropic partners, and fellow cyclists
- Giveaways and a KCBS BBQ competition on the same fairgrounds.
When: Saturday, Oct. 3 from 10 a.m.-12 p.m.
Where: The Pleasant Hill trailhead is located at the western end of the Rock Island Trail. It is adjacent to Highway 58/West Commercial Street in Pleasant Hill. The GPS coordinates for the trailhead are 38.784120, -94.278102.
