The next class will be about Bike Fit, May 13th at 6:30 p.m. Please join Cycling KC for an informative session at Elite Cycling.

The best bike fit for you is the one that fits! Dialing in the proper size, components, and positioning takes some effort, but it's worth every minute - and penny. Bike fitting is part science and part art, and it's best accomplished by working with a fit specialist to mesh fit theories with your personal needs. A chiropractor will be on site to discuss good cycling posture and answer any questions you may have about riding discomfort issues.
