Let’s Talk: Decriminalizing Mobility

Kansas City, like much of the nation, has grappled with what it means to create public spaces which protect Black and Brown people. For BikeWalkKC, part of that discussion has included a push to decriminalize walking and biking. But what does that mean, and how would it work for our community? In this info session, we will answer that question and more.
