Grounds to 'Grounds is a series of 1-mile bike rides from a coffeeshop to a playground, with a certified instructor.
Follow KC Family Bike Ride on Instagram for weather cancellations. We don't ride if it's raining, or if the heat index is above 90°F by 10am.
These rides are designed as a safe way for kiddos to gain on-street bike experience.
Grown-ups can grab a coffee before a BikeWalkKC certified instructor leads a kid-centric safety overview. Then the guide will lead all adults and kids together to a nearby playground. We'll play for a bit, then ride back to the shop.
