Blue River Parkway Master Planning Meeting (Grandview)

As part of Jackson County’s commitment to enhance quality of life for all residents and build a better, more equitable community, the County is currently working on creating a new Master Plan for the Blue River Parkway. The plan will explore and document the park’s value to the community as place for recreation, enjoyment, and wellness, while recognizing the incredible natural resources that are protected within the park’s boundaries.

Project Goal: "To create a new master plan for the Blue River Parkway, to guide future use, improvement, and protection of the park as a valuable asset in the Jackson County Parks System to meet the needs of current and future residents."

  • Monday, May 16th, 2:00 to 4:30: Blue Ridge Library – 9253 Blue Ridge Blvd., Kansas City, MO
  • Saturday, May 21st, 10:00 to 2:00: Hillcrest Community Center 10401 Hillcrest Road, Kansas City, MO
