Winter can’t last forever. Join BikeWalkKC and Sierra Nevada Brewing at Bier Station for a one-stop Spring celebration shop! Enjoy beer specials while learning how to prepare your bike for spring riding. Our instructors will teach you how to keep your bike in good working order with a few basic tools and some practical know-how.
Where: Bier Station
120 E Gregory Blvd, KCMO
When: Saturday, March 7, 2-5 PM
Who: People who like bikes and/or beer and/or winning stuff (so… everyone?)
What: You will learn how to clean and lubricate your chain, fix a flat, adjust shifting and braking, and other basic bike maintenance skills. This is a hands-on class!
If you already know your way around a bike, simply enjoy Sierra Nevada’s beer specials and Bier Station’s hospitality with your new best friends. Did we mention we’re raffling off some very, very cool outdoor gear from Sierra Nevada?
NOTE: Our mechanics will not have time to fix your bike if it needs repaired, but we strongly suggest bringing your bike to practice the techniques you learn.
