Cyclists will take to the roads in a silent procession to honor cyclists who have been killed or injured while cycling on public roadways. Although cyclists have a legal right to share the road with motorists\, the motoring public often isn’t aware of these rights\, and sometimes not aware of the cyclists themselves. \n\nMeet at 6:30 p.m. at 192 W 62 Terrace (Trolley Trail Entrance). NOTE: Please do not part in Cosentino’s Market lot. Use public parking or ride to the start.\nThe names of those who lost their lives while riding their bicycles will be read during a brief ceremony followed by ride protocol\, and safety instructions.\nThe 6 mile ride starts at 7:00 p.m. and will return at about 8:00 p.m. Riders of all abilities are invited to join the procession. Participants will ride no faster than 12 mph.\n2. The ride will be conducted in silence.\n3. Riders are required to wear helmets.\n4.
