DESCRIPTION:An event from Lee’s Summit Parks and Recreation\nEnjoy one of the premier rides in the Kansas City metro. Choose four different routes around five different lakes. Full supported SAG’s (Support and Gear stops) and great lunch after the ride! The race is on May 16\, 2026\, at 7 a.m. The start and finish line are at Longview Community Center. \nRegistration is currently open! Early registration ends Friday\, May 15 at 7:30 p.m.  \nPlease call 816.969.1559 if you’d like to volunteer\, have a question about the ride\, or need any other information. \nTour de Lakes is proud to partner with a wonderful group of sponsors each year whose generous support covers the administrative costs of the ride\, allowing Tour de Lakes proceeds to benefit Lee’s Summit Parks & Recreation Legacy for Parks Foundation. \n

SUMMARY:Tour de Lakes 2017**
DESCRIPTION:The Tour de Lakes 16th annual Tom Logan Memorial bike ride will take place Saturday\, June 24\, 2017. It all starts at the Longview Recreation Center\, located at View High and Third Street\, Lee’s Summit\, MO near NE Longview. The ride starts at 7:00 A.M. rain or shine. The route will be marked and maps are available online and at registration. There is a 10-mile ride around Longview Lake\, a 32* and 55* mile ride including Longview\, Raintree and Lakewood Lakes\, or a 65* mile ride touring those plus Blue Springs Lake and Lake Jacomo (* mileage and routes subject to change). \nTour de Lakes is a fully supported ride. The cost of the ride is $25 ($20 for riders under 13) if registered by June 23\, and $30 ($25 for riders under 13) the day of the ride. \nEach rider must be 18 years of age or accompanied by an adult. Everyone must wear an approved bicycle helmet during the ride and have a waiver form signed before the ride. \nProceeds from Tour de Lakes will benefit the Legacy for Parks Foundation. \nFor more information visit www.tourdelakes.org or call Lee’s Summit Parks and Recreation at 969-1500. \n
