DESCRIPTION:BikeWalkKC’s Kansas City BCycle program is expanding! One of our seven new stations will be located at Jackson County’s largest and most popular parks: Longview Lake. Installed at Shelter 14 (near the Marina)\, this station will enable park visitors to ride BCycles along the Lake’s paved recreation trail\, providing up to 11 miles of out-and-back recreation. \nJoin us to celebrate at a ribbon-cutting event with Jackson County and KCMO officials\, BikeWalkKC staff\, area residents\, and bike/ped enthusiasts. \nWhen: Wednesday\, August 24 at 10:00 a.m.\nWhere: Shelter 14 at Longview Lake\, 11101 Raytown Road\, KCMO\, 64134 \nAbout Kansas City BCycle: Bike sharing is designed for short trips in the city.
