The Kansas Department of Transportation recently launched the Eisenhower Legacy Transportation Program (IKE), a 10-year initiative that will guide KDOT’s planning and building strategies. Of special note are commitments to flexible, right-sized highway projects, transit, and bicycle and pedestrian programs.
