DESCRIPTION:The primary function of the Public Improvements Advisory Committee (PIAC) is to solicit resident input and makerecommendations regarding both the citywide and neighborhood portions of the capital budget. The PIAC holds a series of public hearings every year. \nNeighborhoods use PIAC funds to support planning\, design\, and construction of public infrastructure.
