DESCRIPTION:BikeWalkKC’s popular Confident City Cycling class returns for its first installment in 2017. Join us on Wednesday evenings in March for a safe and supportive place to learn bike handling skills\, rules of the road\, and other tips and tricks. \nRegister now! \nWhen: Confident City Cycling is a three-class series held on Wednesday evenings in March from 6:00-8:30PM: \n\nMarch 8\nMarch 15\nMarch 22\n\nWhat: Learn new concepts for navigating streets and build practical bike handling skills necessary for city riding. This intensive course teaches safety knowledge and bike handling skills\, culminating with a bike ride in a safe and supporting environment. \nThis class is great for:\n\nBike commuters\nRide leaders\nTransportation professionals\nAnyone who wants to lead adult or youth bike training\n\nRegister for Confident City Cycling today! \nBecome a cycling instructor\nThis class uses the Traffic Skills 101 curriculum\, a prerequisite for becoming a League Certified Instructor (LCI) with the League of American Bicyclists. Attendance at all nine hours is required for prospective instructors.
