Update: Pablo Sanders was hit while crossing Southwest Trafficway around midnight on Christmas. He is hospitalized with serious injuries. We’ve reached out to KCPD to find out more and will post any updates.
Pablo is well-known in the local bike community as a gregarious, friendly face around Midwest Cyclery, Velo Garage, and the 816 Bike Collective. Our thoughts are with Pablo and his friends and family, and we will continue to advocate for safer streets for all road users.
