BikeWalkKC VIP is our new program to reward folks who volunteer their time to help BikeWalkKC carry out our goals of educating the public and advocating for safer bicycling and walking.
For every hour you volunteer during the year, you will earn a point towards some great prizes:
- 1 point - sticker
- 2 points - water bottle
- 5 points - t-shirt
- 10 points - safety gear - blinky lights or a safety vest
- 15 points - End of year volunteer appreciation dinner
- 20 points - Free BikeWalkKC membership
Volunteer opportunities include:
- Bike Week events
- Clips of Faith film and beer festival
- Valet Bicycle Parking at community events and festivals
- BikeWalkKC info tables
- Stuffing envelopes at the BikeWalkKC office

Fine Print: Prizes are subject to subsitition due to inventory, availability, and other factors. Volunteers must sign in and out at each event, and will receive points for each hour worked. Partial hours will be rounded up after each half hour.
