City seeking input on crosswalk policies

The City of KCMO is seeking public input on its crosswalks policies. The City's Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC) will dedicate its January 14th meeting to a staff presentation on current policies, public input and suggestions, and discussion of possible recommendations for future policies. You are invited to share your thoughts, concerns, and ideas about City crosswalk policies.

(allow time to go through security at City Hall)

City Hall is on the MAX Orange and Green Lines. Bike parking is available outside on the southeast corner of the building or across the street inside the JE Dunn garage at 11th and Locust. Car parking is available in the JE Dunn garage or in the City garage at on Oak between 11th and 12th.

The Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee is a citizens advisory committee appointed by the Mayor and composed of one representative nominated by each City Councilmember. BikeWalkKC Executive Director Eric Rogers chairs the BPAC.
